AVM is a Trade only distributor of Professional Audio Visual products and are able to provide:
Comprehensive range of quantity products from stock including projection screens, projectors, mount and brackets, signal management and other products to suit the AV Professional market, and Home Cinema retailers.
The Job
Due to expansion, a vacancy has arisen for an Internal Sales Person/Administrator to work in our busy sales office. The position will be a varied role and will involve working with our customers on a day to day basis and would suit someone who is customer focused, ideally with a technical background in AV or IT.
Job Description
• Working with existing clients on a day to day basis, handling incoming enquiries via the telephone, internet and mail.
• Supporting the Regional Sales Managers
• Typing routine correspondence and quotes
• Organising and maintaining filing system and computerised records
The Candidate must have:-
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel essential
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Professional attitude to work
• Customer focused with a background in sales, preferably from within the AV Industry
