Danielle Williams has enriched her expertise during her 11-years at AVM, fostering a culture of creativity. Her zeal lies in projection, where she collaborates with clients to ensure the perfect product match. In her free time, she indulges in the gym and savors gin, though never simultaneously!
Account Manager - North
Paul Hayes, the Account Manager for the North at AVM, focuses on managing key customer accounts in Northern England and Scotland to support the company's growth. In his leisure time, he enjoys dog walks, quality time with friends and family, cooking, and savoring good food, all while being a movie enthusiast.
Boasting nearly two decades of experience in the trade rental and distribution channel,
David Phillips plays a pivotal role at AVM by working closely with channel partners to provide audio visual sales and rental
solutions to a wide range of markets, with customer experience at the forefront.
Sales & Service Administrator
Olivia Whitbread, who joined AVM in 2021 with a decade of AV industry experience, cherishes the dynamic nature of her job and the engaging customer interactions it offers. Outside of work, she delights in spending time with her Jack Russell cross, Bruno, often exploring the outdoors with friends and family.
Ellie Kemshall, the Marketing Coordinator, is a recent addition to the team, bringing her valuable experience from working in distribution. With a keen eye for design and detail, outside of work, you'll find her immersed in refurbishment projects and enjoying the countryside.
Sales & Service Administrator
Leah Harman, the Sales Specialist, brings prior experience in IT distribution and enthusiastic anticipation to work with the AVM team. Beyond her professional role, she enjoys exploring new places, attending music events, and delighting friends and family with her culinary skills.
Jo Lane boasts a remarkable 24-year tenure at AVM, where her dedication has been a driving force. In her personal life, she shares her home with her husband, cherished cat, and a faithful dog. With two grown sons, Jo and her family are have just welcomed the arrival of their first grandchild.
Internal Sales Executive
Having worked in the AV industry since the late 1970s, Colin initially ventured into inflight entertainment systems during the era of S8 film technology. Transitioning to an integrator in the early 90s, he continues to find fulfillment in his AV career. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
