AVM “Fly to InfoComm Las Vegas” Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

Audio Visual Material Ltd. (“AVM”), Ground Floor, Front Suite, 7 Elmwood, Crockford Lane, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 00:01 (GMT) on 11th December 2024 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

1. The promotion is open to:

   • Residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland;

   • Aged 18 years or over;

   • Employed by an AVM accredited reseller, integrator, or distribution partner.

2. Employees of AVM, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible.

3. Limit of one (1) entry per eligible individual during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

1. Register a qualifying sale of any AVM product with a net invoice value of GBP £10,0-00 / EUR €120,000 or above during the Promotion Period.

2. Upload the corresponding invoice via the AVM Partner Portal within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

3. AVM will confirm the sale’s eligibility by email; each approved sale equals one (1) entry.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Return premium economy-class flight from a major UK or ROI airport to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA;

• Five‑night stay in a 5‑star hotel on or near the Las Vegas Strip (single occupancy, room‑only unless stated otherwise);

• Meals & entertainment included

• One (1) full‑access attendee badge to InfoComm 2026 (anticipated show dates: June 2026; actual dates subject to AVIXA’s final schedule).
  Approximate total retail value: GBP £4,000 / EUR €4,800 (subject to exchange rates).

6. Winner Selection & Notification

1. The draw will take place within ten (10) business days after the Promotion Period ends.

2. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a computerised, independently verified process.

3. The winner will be notified via email and telephone within five (5) business days of the draw.

4. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to confirm acceptance; failure to do so will result in forfeiture and AVM will redraw.

7. Prize Conditions

1. Travel must coincide with the official InfoComm 2026 exhibition dates. Exact travel dates will be arranged in consultation with the winner but remain at AVM’s sole discretion.

2. The prize is non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available.

3. The winner is responsible for:

   • Valid passport (minimum six months’ validity on date of return);

   • Required travel insurance;

   • ESTA or other U.S. entry clearance;

   • Personal expenses beyond the stated allowances.

4. AVM reserves the right to substitute elements of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require this.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonable publicity, including name, company and photographs for AVM promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection

Personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with AVM’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.

10. General

1. AVM reserves the right to verify entries and refuse or recover a prize in the event of non‑compliance with these T&Cs.

2. AVM is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of participation, except where caused by its negligence.

3. These T&Cs shall be governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

4. AVM reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
