Avail Support Booking Policy Bookings - Bookings are available to both channel partners and end users. - All bookings are free of charge. Cancellations - You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. - Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may limit future booking availability. Rescheduling - You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. - Reschedule requests within 24 hours may not be guaranteed. Refunds - Bookings are free, so no refunds apply. Waitlist - We do not operate a waitlist. No-Shows - If you do not attend, no penalty will be applied. - Repeated no-shows may limit future booking availability. Emergency Exceptions - Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event of an emergency. Governing Law - This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
