Cancellation Policy

Bookings - Rental consultations can be booked for an on-site visit at your location. - Bookings are free of charge. Cancellations and Rescheduling - You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your consultation. - Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may limit future booking availability. Attendance - Please ensure someone is available at the agreed time and location to meet our consultant. - If access is restricted, inform us in advance. No-Shows - No penalty will be applied for missed consultations. - Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future visits. Emergency Exceptions - Exceptions may be made at our discretion in genuine emergency situations. Travel and Location - On-site consultations are available within the UK. - Travel time may affect available booking slots. Governing Law - This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
