Cancellation Policy

Bookings - Site surveys are available by appointment at your location. - Bookings are free of charge. Cancellations and Rescheduling - You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your survey. - Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may limit future booking availability. Attendance - A site contact must be available at the agreed time to provide access. - Please inform us of any access restrictions in advance. No-Shows - No penalty will be applied for missed surveys. - Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future surveys. Emergency Exceptions - Exceptions may be made at our discretion in genuine emergency situations. Travel and Location - Site surveys are available within the UK. - Travel time may affect available booking slots. Governing Law - This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
