Cancellation Policy
Bookings - Demos take place at our Demo Centre in Basingstoke, Hampshire. - Bookings are free of charge. Cancellations and Rescheduling - You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your demo. - Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may limit future booking availability. Attendance - Please arrive on time. - If you are delayed, contact us as soon as possible. No-Shows - No penalty will be applied for missed demos. - Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future demos. Emergency Exceptions - We may make exceptions at our discretion in genuine emergency situations. Governing Law - This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
