1. PromoterThe promoter of this promotion is the Northamber Group (PLC) - encompassing the brands Northamber, Audio Visual Material, Tempura Communications Ltd and Nuvias UC ("the Promoter").
2. EligibilityThe promotion is open to UK reseller partners purchasing eligible products through the Promoter during the promotional period. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotional PeriodThe promotion runs from 00:01 on 1 June until 23:59 on 30 June inclusive.
4. Entry MechanicEntries will be awarded as follows:- Every purchase order with a value of £1,000 or greater will receive one (1) entry.- Every designated Ice Breaker Product purchased will receive one (1) additional entry.- Every designated Chill Factor Boost Product purchased will receive five (5) additional entries.- Multiple entries may be earned from a single purchase order.The Promoter reserves the right to designate, amend or remove Ice Breaker Products and Chill Factor Boost Products at any point during the promotional period.
5. Prize DrawAll valid entries will be automatically entered into the prize draw.Entries are cumulative throughout the promotional period and remain eligible for all prizes.Four headline prize winners and twenty-five runner-up prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion.
6. 7. Winner SelectionWinners will be selected at random during a live draw held on or around 2nd July 2026.
8. Winner NotificationWinners will be contacted directly using the contact details associated with their reseller account. Should a winner fail to respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. GeneralThe Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any entries deemed fraudulent or non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary. The Promoter's decision is final.
